Apache2 to be installed & start first in IFS Application7 sp2

( 1) It must_ edit the conf/httpd.conf file (with notepad)
to reflect the correct ServerName, Domain, and directory paths.
(2) C:\ifs\apache2\bin\Apache -k install
(3) C:\ifs\apache2\bin\Apache -k start
